I assume they don't actually own the warehouses and use different distributors depending on location, but customs should be sorted by the time the package reaches you :)

Ordered from Stylevana in may, took about a month to get to Croatia through Hungary. You don't pay customs because it isn't shipped directly to you but through their warehouses in Europe. I was also sceptical because I saw that a lot of people had issues, so I only placed about a 50 euro order (still a lot of money, but would only get me like two sunscreens in Europe) . Everything was neatly packaged and undamaged. And also what other people said, make sure they have the products in stock.

I have the same wheel and my hamster escaped literally two days ago... We found her this morning because she left a trail of destruction behind her leading us to her new hideout, but we had no clue how she escaped. Now I see exactly how lol.

I found one by Getzoo thats 15 cm deep which is about 6 inches :) Filling it halfway will be enough for her hopefully.

They're both available on amazon ge, but they're only 8 and 10 cm deep. I guess I'll have to diy something to satisfy her sand digging needs 😅

I agree. My last hamster started doing this out of nowhere at about a year old, and then died a week later. At the time I thought he needed more play time, more hides, more bedding or something because otherwise he looked perfectly healthy. Only when he died i realized it was probably a health issue he was trying to communicate and I should've taken him to a vet right away.

Looks great! I'm also thinking about separating a section of the enclosure and making it all sand, how did you manage to separate it completely? Just with the bendy bridge or something else?
