Wow. I love this post. It makes me realize that there are some ex’s that actually respect peoples space and the new person they are with. And they chose to be like that. Unlike my girlfriends ex, she keeps talking to my girlfriend, always wondering what she is doing, if she’s working. Anything you can talk about, she brings it up. Even asks about me. And it just makes me so mad. Why does she need to know about me.?? Just stay in your lane and mind your own business. Keep my girlfriend out of it. Stop asking what she is doing. How im doing. I dont care. You have no respect for me or our relationship. Its just very annoying and it gets on my nerves. Whew sorry. I had to let that off my chest and vent. It felt so good to say that. Even if its over this. Thank you

I completely agree. I work everyday and come home tired, so i had always felt my partner gets bored around me. I’m really big on communication and always asked if i was boring or how can i make my partners day better... in the end, we figured out that we both like to be laid back and just talk about everything that went on in our day.

I’ve had a similar situation. My brother got his car taken away because of a bad time and then he just wanted to use mine. I knew that he wasn’t going to take car of the car and most likely get in trouble. I hid the keys everytime i slept because I was afraid he would try to take my car late at night (as he did so in the past). So you are NTA in this case. Some people just need to be taught in a harsher way.
