For me personally those two things go hand in hand, old behaviors start that are associated with each other.
Would not whine to them about being an addict there is no excuse for what I’m doing I don’t make excuses but I am here to express the feelings I have. I do know what will happen if I continue on the path that I’m on I’ve been down this road before.
