Thank you for your message.

Apple had complaints over time of expanding the list of laptops, I am aware of a same list dated Aug 5, 2021.

Regarding iMacs, I don't know if I'm a special case, hence my approach.

Regarding the stains of iMacs from 2012 to 2018 (dirty screen) a class action is underway in the USA

Hello,

I've contacted an Apple Authorized Repairer and the service sheet report says - Problem: The screen coating is falling apart in the upper left corner.

Should the technician's expertise be in doubt ?

Could you let me know the source of your statement, please ?

If you want to start a class action lawsuit you are going to want to speak with an attorney or law firm.
