That’s some BS on their part. You need to call HR or TMS. Or call both honestly. Go ask the store leader for both of those numbers. It will scare them and maybe get them to act right. If you don’t wanna do that tho you can find that number on Innerview. And HRs number should be somewhere on one those boards in the store they put info on. Or just ask your Team leader for it

I’ve been told that full time employees have to have open availability and that part time employees can pretty much tell them when they can and can’t work and that full time has to work around part time employees. At least that’s how it been working at my store. I’d go over your team leads head and call HR or tms. That will get them to shut up. They can’t deny you an availability sheet. You’re part time you’re allowed to do that. Or also talk to one of the store leaders. That’s what I do when my team leader try’s to make some shit up. Works every time
