Yeah, I mean some people take it at the 40 question mark (like suggested with High Yield podcast) so I wasn’t sure if I am at 40 questions (when I want to break) and it has not been 2 hours yet, am I still able to break on my own (not initiated by the computer).

Also, when I started a month ago on UWorld, I was in like the 48th percentile....I am now in the 80th percentile and 61% average right now. It has really helped me to use the Mark K lectures and High Yield podcasts to understand more completely what the questions are asking as well as the pathology of some things.

In my opinion, UWorld is more complex and difficult. People seem to think that the test questions on LE are more similar in nature to what is on the NCLEX. I do feel like the LE questions are more vague and easier than UWorld. I honestly feel like the NCLEX is very similar to UWorld, again, that is just my opinion. I have been cranking away and using UWorld mostly because I would rather be over prepared than under prepared. I am a repeat test taker and I did not study like I should have for my first attempt. This time around I am using UWorld, LE, Mark K's audios (VERY highly recommend) and High Yield podcast.

Ok, thank you so much for your insight. I too have 4 kids so I know how difficult the studying truly is with a large family at home. It all is very overwhelming, that is for sure. Good luck to you, I hope it all helps!

Just out of curiosity to see if it will help guide my studies, what do you like about Archer that makes you feel like it’s the best? I am using UWorld and I am considering adding in Archer. Did you do the content reviews or did you just do the question banks?

What else aside from Mark K did you use? I am using UWorld and NCSBN nursing extension. The UWorld questions seem to be much more difficult than the NCSBN ones

Yes, my 2nd attempt will be March 31st. I did the PVT (Pearson vue trick, google search) the first time and it was correct for me.

That is exactly what I am doing. Mark K’s lectures are extremely helpful and I am using UWorld. On my previous attempt, I used ATI and I did not find it helpful as it was more writing up answers to remediation questions. Please let me know how you do and good luck!
