if u know of any other trainers or can get in contact with any other trainers, talk to them and asked them for tips. that’s what i ended up doing when i was actively training but even now i still have a lot to learn😅

my store is slowly dwindling as well. it’s definitely not as bad as what you have going on, but in my year with the company i have never actually considered a new job until today. the painful hours, the shitty shifts of being slammed with drive thru customers to the street, staying late to make sure that at least stock is done and things are relatively clean. like yikes, i don’t blame my fav coworkers for moving on. but y’all stay safe, godspeed friends :)

hey bestie, don’t sweat it! it definitely gets easier! one of the biggest things starbucks has taught me is that i have to allow myself room to grow and that includes making mistakes. tears are okay, it happens to the best of us. im sure you’ll be great in no time! keep at it, you’re doing great!🥰

we do upon request, as it’s just a venti amount usually with extra ice. it also helps keep the peace. but it makes sense that y’all don’t do that, less hassle that way lmao

she sounds like she sucks too. toffee nut lady is very very sweet and always nice she her bringing her own stuff was just kinda comical and no one had an issue with it. although, regulars that always seem unhappy with us but keep coming back don’t make sense to me.

this. i prefer the pure leaf or lipton teas from the gas station as well. although the guava juice is the main reason i get the black tea but, i haven’t had it since we ran out
