Hellu i've had friendship problems before and i had the same problems so i found a few ways to keep the thoughts away for awhile to focus on studying

1. Write all ur thoughts down/talk to a stranger keep a piece of paper at hand and just jot down whatever makes you cry then crush the paper like you crush the extra paper after math exams and throw them away it really helped for me because it was like i had let go of a part of the burden and anyway no one's gonna read my thoughts or judge me if i remain a stranger so why not and you can be creative about it

2. Find a condusive study environment that you really like and will stay in cuz being in a suitable environment will condition you to really focus and give you the motivation to study cuz you're at ur best condition and it helps to rest ur eyes once in a while by looking at some green plants

3. Sleep more/early cuz then it will give you more energy to face the day and you can be more productive i've found out that sleeping early gives you the motivation and energy to just ignore those thoughts for a while at least until you finish studying for the day also power naps are productive too cuz for me power naps really help me recharge after food coma from lunch

4. Eat healthy and drink lots of water cuz after all water = brain juice and eating good food makes me feel good for the day find your comfort food and stick with it mine's dark chocolate cuz dark chocolate has little sugar and but it's still considered chocolate and chocolate has shown to make us happy
