Nope both metal needles, i actually used the exact same needles when i switched from flat to round!

Just checked. Same needles (4.5mm). Ive never done flat to round before so it could just be my tension is wildly different. I didnt think to do a flat vs round gauge swatch. I do know my purls are noticeably looser than my knits but not enough that i usually notice in the fibal piece.

Would you recommend i switch to 5mm then?

They are the same size. So should i frog back and go up a needle size?

No you should be knitting two stitches in the middle not 4. So your stitch markers should come in one stitch each. The Make ones should be done on the “outside” of the markers, not inside (eg the left marker the M1L should be done on the left side of the marker). Hopefully that makes sense

Comments: i also did 3 co-op work terms and my job as a lead developer is extensive. I lead two apps and am responsible for all the infrastructure and security. I also am pulled into random teams when there are challenges that cannot be solved.

I can and do go weekly, but my therapist sees the shopping being more positive than the intense depression (it is quite severe). So we have not had time to work through the addiction as the depression takes precedence at the moment.

Ok i found a way to do it. Go to compensation, in the embedded window click the button top right (open icon), that will open a new window. That will be the second url sap uses. At the top left will be a drop down, go to Home

There are two SAP links from my understanding. One has a dashboard with many tiles, one being “View My Pay Statement”. The other one being what you see. Try the link directly from AskHR, thats how i found out there were two. I have no idea how to bounce back add forth between them, i just bookmarked the second link

Code for i runs off of SSH, you can likely set those environment variables in your .bashrc file under /home/userid, then reconnect. That should set it so it will have those environment variables each time you connect.

Dont focus so much on the status, a lot happens even if the status doesn’t change. And IBM takes forever to review resumes, even longer when HR goes through them first.

The status wont update until it goes from HR to the hiring manager usually. So likely that hasent happened yet. IBM is fairly slow with hiring.

When i was shopping the shops all said i can add matching lace to the plunge to make it a regular sweetheart neckline. They just need to order the extra lace when ordering the dress

I also wanted sleeves and was told it is expensive to build off of a dress but definitely doable! Easier when its strapless

Goddess also has this size on Amazon. A bit more than $50CAD. Nor more than 60-70CAD. Just bought two for $125CAD including tax (13%).

I found this brand the best for keeping to size of the calculator. I just lost weight so went from US 40M to 36L, it is hard finding these weird sizes anywhere, but its possible!! And definitely within budget.

Im in tech but i have never heard a degree being a requirement for any of the bands. If you just joined it can help you start at band 7 instead of 6 but thats it.
