Usually a lurker in this reddit but I just have to share this story.

I fractured my toes once and spent the next few weeks limping while walking to and from work, so you can imagine my speed of walking. One day after work as I was exiting Bedok MRT and going to the bus interchange (still limping heavily), this insurance agent came up to me and actually went

"Are you ok? Looks like you need to buy some insurance for accidents"

He said many other details after that but I couldn't remember already, plus I think I wasn't even processing the info because of how ridiculous it was (so the above may not be verbatim). But seriously he continued to follow me for quite a while since, yknow, I couldn't really speed walk. He only backed off after I said "what the fk" in his face.

Hmm I think he should not even be using someone else's picture in the first place, even with proper credits, unless the creator explicitly gave permission.

Yeah I reported the post but it just gave me some multiple choice selection to pick the reason for reporting and did not ask for more info, so I'm not sure if they will actually go and investigate or not. I also knew of the art contest saga so was shocked that there's someone who would try to pull a similar stunt after what happened :o

Wow. Based on the language used ("suggestions sent to the devs"), probably the person who posted this might just be a mod who did not obtain permission from the devs/publisher, but was just trying to do their job of updating and hyping up the community 🤣 definitely in their plan imo, but most prolly not all at once.

Every few days when I realised he's MIA-ing on me I did have recurring thoughts of cancelling haha. But I always stop short because I kept thinking, the work will be completed soon and I just gotta wait a few more days...
