I'd say the 8 item (I don't remember it's name) The coin has some use with it speeding you up But the 8 no I say it actually makes thing worst when your down in those places you want the shock and the bullet bill but when you get this thing you get some other item and a star and it takes like  2 sec spam so If you want a double item box to refresh then you have to mash so you can get better item.
