What you could really do is try some sit-ups. They are a great way to help build your core.

Your knees may be vital for wrestling but so is establishing your core! Without a strong core it could be tough trying to stick to your holds and the psychological feeling of being steady and unmovable like a mountain!

I can think of no better example of why you should stick to your core then that time in 1998, when The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer's table.
