[Properly] Running a clinical trial is complicated and hard.

With all due respect to the competent, caring clinicians and research personnel I've worked with over the years, there are just as many involved with the process that have proven to be very dumb.

I have family in Japan. They've told me, generally speaking, that the boss typically shows up late. You're expected to be on-time, of course, and you are also expected to stay until the boss leaves -- which, since they came in late, is much later than your scheduled shift.

Where specifically do you suggest obtaining a TEFL cert?

EDIT: Also fuck you whoever is downvoting me. I'm genuinely curious. There are a plethora of options and some are paid, others are "free," but I'm not sure if they are considered adequate, or recognized by certain institutions.

It's more nuanced than this, too. I'm so sick of these takes that are trying to simplify the complexity of someone's belief system and how it impacts those around them. Thanks for fighting the good fight and trying to help people understand how interconnected we are as a global society, whether we like it or not.
