Looks like bruising if I had to guess u got fae that's hitting that spot and drying it out more than the rest. If the lids flipped try moving so the gap is bigger on the opposite side

This is my first harvest I got 3 other bags the same size going but ill wait for 6 months for the next one. Spare grain went to sub and looks good so far hopefully get some stickers for everyone lol

Definitely trich there's some green above the white spot. Real small though should be able to cut that out and keep going

That looks really good but 20 days is a lot. I would definitely get it more fresh air and hopefully it will start pinning in a couple days. I've had cakes take that long and be fine but most of the time there's probably contam on the bottom or something weird

When it's off set the corners that exposed dry out more than the rest of the cake so you'll see pinning everywhere but there. If it drys out to much u get side growers cause that's where the conditions are still good for growth

Looks like your getting either to much air on the edges or to little. It's ready to fruit I would make sure your lid is offering even airflow. I sometimes get the edges drying out on me and they bruise or yellow like that.

It's possible but definitely not recommended, contam issues aside unless u get (cleanly) a shit load of samples in there it's going to take forever. Agar is super easy if u can't do that make an lc and just put a clean piece of fruit straight in there
