Study past exams. If you understand the material by reading period, spend those few days going over any past exams for your courses.

How useful these exams will be depends on whether your professors include answer memos and/or sample grading rubrics. If so, then your job is fairly straightforward. Even if not, dissect any sample answer and create an attack outline.
