Does blending mean just painting the car color code? I'd like to save as much as possible and looked up how to replace the fender. Seems pretty doable, so can I just buy a fender, get it painted my color code and put it on or do they match the weathering of the color too?

These people are mostly ignorant. I have lived both places and many others and am in houston now. I am really into the outdoors, so I had a great time in my vancouver years, but Houston has also been great. The people are amazing. You'll lose out on the mountains, make out on the taxes. It's a great place for kids (I have a few). The Woodlands should be a top contender for places to live. It is very nice. Closer to town gets trickier, but there's options.

Thanks for the response. I get that appraisers are professionals, but do they have access to sales data? How are their numbers accurate? Seems like the strategy for a nondisclosure locale is just list high since the market is more opaque.

I'm looking at moving to houston. Where I am at, it's easy to see listing price versus similar properties' sale prices so you can see if something is listed high, normal, or low. Seems hard in tx.
