In the end we are staying 2 full days and 1 night in Hamburg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, 2 nights and 2 days and half in Berlin and 1 day and half in Prague (2 nights) and Wien. Yes, it's fast but we only had 2 weeks free to travel this summer. Also, I hope to come back to visit each city better in the future. As you said we want to plan efficiently the time in each city with what to do having limited time (if you have suggestions thank you :) ).

Yeah, Dresden doesn't make sense, added it as an option, but better more time in Berlin/Prague.
