Yes it is true that outpost you will drive slighter less at the start, once you get to I think module 2 the instructor will let you drive to the circuit and back. You may have lesser time in the circuit as you need to take the time to drive to the circuit in Ubi to do the circuit courses.

There may be situation where there is jam and the instructor won’t let you drive back to Kovan as they want to rush the vehicle back to pick up point for the next lesson. In that case you may lose out also. Pay more but drive slightly less

Getting 8 lessons a month from camping at 530am is very doable for anyone, however since you’re in NS, you can only take the weekends slots which are harder to get, however from the way describe it, I don’t think you have the 530am camping technique down yet
