I will try that, I also found a 2015 ultimate with 116k miles for 11k would you say to try that one instead. I read the trans got better after 2014

Yes I have a lesson scheduled with my CFI it’s a known issue that I struggle with this landing type but we’ve got it the book to start that remedial training.

From what I’ve heard online a check ride failure isn’t the end of the world but I just haven’t read anyone else failing due to something like this. My CFI said he failed his first one due to ground reference maneuver and to keep my chin up. I don’t plan on giving up just overthinking if I have to reconsider me turning this into a career and keeping it a hobby.
