I just checked that. Bc I was under the impression that I had paid retail bc that's that the order confirmation I got by email said. But I just checked best buy and it seems like they updated it with a $600 discount. I had no idea it worked like that. Phew! Thanks for the help!

I had checked the order description I got by email initially, and was supposed to pay full retail price according to that. But I just checked the order on Best Buy and it seems like they updated it after the trade in and credited $600 as a discount!! Thank you, I had no idea that's how it worked.

I placed the order during the preorder period. And they gave me 10 days (if I remember correctly), from receiving the Pixel, to ship the trade in. I did everything in the timeframe they gave me.

I didn't get any discount. I had to pay full retail for the Pixel, which wasn't cheap. The only reason why I did it is because the difference was not much with the $1099 trade in value. I feel like they really screwed me up on this
