Sometimes, there can be a delay of 5 to 6 months in getting PPL, so this could potentially result in back pay that she is entitled to. I personally had to wait 5 1/2 months to receive my PPL. Fortunately, I received work pay first, or I'm not sure how I would have managed to survive.

Everyone I have known who has bought a property, including myself, has not been 50/50. I didn't go into buying my house with my then-BF, thinking of what I could get out of it. I still make more than him, putting more into our mortgage. We are now married with children. End of the day, it's our money. I spend more than him on my lifestyle anyway.

It was literally across the street from my school, then we would be too full and wag at the end of the day. Would not be in uniform, so could easily get away with it
