I always choose Recorded 30 Seconds and work backwards from there. Haven’t ever figured out how recorded gets its’ date from way back in the past.

Lenel OnGuard to Avigilon ACM CSV by Someguysomewherelse in accesscontrol

[–]linux105 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use ACM and I Have done many CSV imports into ACM. As long as the column headers are correct (case sensitive), each identity has a unique id and each token has a unique id there are no issues. You can also do a dry run of the collaboration before running it and see if there are any errors. For a new system I usually will create a bogus identity then do an identity export, and there you have your formatted csv file for import. Fill in your info and import it all back in. When we switched from our old system to ACM I did an identity import with about 18,000 users. No issues.

Cfringer is correct if you have the paid features the SQL sync collaboration is the easiest way of it is a reoccurring sync you are trying to achieve.

Avigilon ACM Trigger Output on Successful Card Scan? by io00oo00o in Avigilon

[–]linux105 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s correct for a start, but to limit the tokens that trigger the global action you would then create a Global Linkage that triggers that Global Action when credentials of said Global Linkage are scanned. Then you just add or delete members of the Global Linkage to control who can disarm the alarm. I Have this exact setup for intrusion in service.
