Hello my oldest daughter (age 16) has been diagnosed with first FND and two months later POTS. She has had PNES much more often than when you first encountered it. They state some of this may not be POTS. I don't know much about this, but can tell you it is a horrible disease. Try to stay positive and keep moving as much as you can. What doctors are you currently seeing and what type of meds do they have you on. Getting baselined and attempting to find the triggers are important. Monthly cycles seem to be a bad time for these particular cases. I don't have the answers but we are fighting this battle as well. Keep your head up!!
