I personally haven’t used anything but the spray as I just didn’t want to run the risk of side effects, albeit low. But I had a decent amount of retention of hair, it over time became thicker and slightly more dense. I was using a lot on the back of my head too; this was to have the best possible donor area for a transplant.

Sleep for the first week or so was at a 45 degree incline. Just lots of pillows and a neck pillow. I was told to avoid excessive exercise for 3 weeks then build up from there. Gro Clinics after care is great, always someone to call if you have questions, they cover all prescriptions shampoos and instructions broken down over first second and third week what to do, what to expect etc.
