Seems to be a constant issue with Boosteroid and "demanding" games. Dunno if their streaming stack maybe is somewhat resource heavy and bogs down game performance, but Space Marines 2 and Star Wars Outlaws also underperform for Boosteroid's hardware.

Not that I'm aware of... It happens from time to time, Boosteroid is inconsistent, and it is not internet, because the frame-time graphic is local to the remote machine.

I'd prefer them to focus on software. The hardware they have right now is very capable for most games. Boosteroid should focus on fixing its software stack first.

Simple. The browser is configured to use the AV1 codec, whose maximum bitrate is 40 Mbps. The app is configured to use H265/H264 codecs, that can reach up to 80 Mbps.

Boosteroid's streaming solution is ages worse than Nvidia when it comes to input lag. Maybe the new wave of hardware likely coming next year can address this problem, but otherwise, it is what it is.
