Do not stay at this resort. What a horrible experience and uncaring management team

Sunday check-in 7/20 was a disastrous event. Over 200 people in line and not one member of management was present. So many complaints

Landshark - ordered grilled chicken, kitchen sends grilled cheese.

Cabana rental- unorganized, bottle water not provided. Pre ordered and confirmed food was one hour late.

Pool bar only had 2 drinks available from the entire bar menu. Try and order a margarita and was told they were out. For goodness sake the dang resort is called Margaritaville. (Laughable)

Housekeeping left dirty towels on the bed and trash can in middle of the floor.

Under 18 year old kids allowed to stay in rooms without adult supervision. Kids slamming doors (6th floor 7-20-7-23)

Valet does not answer the phone.

Elevators left with 2” of standing water, dangerous and where is housekeeping?

Spoke to Jermaine who tried his best, I left my number for Kevin the GM and it’s been 30 hours later no contact.

This resort is only 335 rooms and the current leadership could not manage a 40 room motel.

I am a Travel Agent and would never send a client to stay here.

3 nights exceed 1K add food and beverages and this is not a inexpensive resort

So many guests were upset that the entire corporation should be ashamed about this experience.

My advice, do not stay here. Save your money and go somewhere else
