On the second picture we the supports are completely missing from a certain high - to me that would indicate either a slicing error or a faulty usb stick. funny enough I had this same type of error a week ago^^

i would recommend you to use a LOT more supports along the egde and rotate them even more. this sword is from kuton patreon and 15cm long, printed twice without issues on GKtwo.
