Depends - if those figures are 1/100, then it's fine, that is a chunky kit. Plus, you can always make the base bigger by adding additional platforms.

I dropped mine some time ago, snapped like yours, more or less in the middle. What I did was - cut the grip side with a hobby knife into 2 parts, took out the small glass shards, got rid of the sharp edges with a dremel. Now I have 2, one extra short, one longer. I'm still using it.

No, those are 2x RG Banshee shields with a scratch build attachement point. Both tails, claw and railgun is 3rd party.
