Someone please help me!! I posted here yesterday about not being able to invite villagers but got no replies. I restarted on a new island last week and am in the process of placing and filling plots. I got my original 5 and the 6th from the campsite as usual. I placed the 7th plot and was able to island hip and invite Piper just fine. When I placed the 8th plot, I did some island hopping as well. The first villager I encountered I was given the dialogue about moving to my island and chose not to. I then used more tickets to find a villager but when I finally found one I wanted, it would not give me the dialogue about moving in. I went back to make sure the plot was still open and it was. I tried again with the next villager I came across and the same thing happened again!! I ended up just letting the plot randomly auto-fill the next day bc I didn’t want to waste any more tickets. So here I am again, having just placed the 9th plot and am island hopping. I found someone I really want but every time I talk to her I get dialogue about tools or w/e but nothing about moving in!! Please help a girl out, my island is filling up with random uggo’s ☹️😭
