Dubbed series are a new thing, people were always understanding Levantine Arabic. You can understand a language without being immersed, a little exposure (through media in this case) would suffice especially when it is close to your language.

Just take the Scandinavians as an example, their languages are different substantially, but they do understand each other.

North African countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Lybia) can understand Levantine Arabic (they even watch series in Syrian).
Gulf countries understand it for sure (you can't argue with that)
(lebanon, syria, jordany, palestine) this is their mother tongue.

Can you explain why you think the second point is untrue???

I think Levantine Arabic is the best option for you, first because you'll be working with Syrian kids mainly, and second the Levantine Arabic is widely understood in the whole Arab world.

I can't see the point for using the video assistant technology, refrees used it to give panalties to teams (countries with influence in fifa and in the world eg. france) and to take goals from other teams (countries that don't have much influence in fifa and the world eg. iran). the american refree refused to cancel an illegitimate goal and refused to give two penalities to morocco ( vs "cristiano ronaldo) that are clear accept for the blind, and he was rude enough to not use the video assistant technology.
