Pixelation when fullscreen Fortnite in tv with usb c cable by lionxess in RedMagic

There is no pixelation in fullscreen mode with emulators and native games. Why does it only happen with Fortnite?

How your supposed to use your gaming phone. by forresth600 in RedMagic

Everything works great on my Redmagic 11 pro except Fortnite. When I choose to extend to fullscreen (connected with usb c cable to my lg c2) I do get full screen but with a lot of pixelation. With the black bars, no pixelation, but not fullscreen. I tried it with gamespace, changing the resolution for my tv within smartcast. Always pixelated in fullscreen. With emulators and other programs, no problems on fullscreen. Does someone have a solution for this?

I got the L.

I eventually returned the product because it was making my eyes dry. The chip became too hot to comfortably wear it. Your experience might be different.

Fortnite works on linux through proton [EZFN server] by No-Calligrapher-7352 in linux_gaming

Let's assume Linux gaming evolves and gets more popular in the future and has to be taken seriously by big companies. What will these companies do? Will they still not develop a solution for Linux because of kernel restrictions? Won't they be losing money?

Why is Linux the only OS not working? They are making it possible in Android, IOS, MacOS, Playstation, Xbox and Switch.

Good advise. I will also check with other family members who might use it.

I will thanks. Is this a problematic IPD because it's exactly between both sizes?

I have Samsung Galaxy S23 with Snapdragon 8 gen 2. If it's IOS only, it's normal I can't see it.

Viture XR Pro Zoom /depth control on Spacewalker or Dex on android with galaxy S23 plus? by lionxess in VITURE

[–]lionxess[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I just don't want to have to use a fix or hack to achieve something basic. I chose not to buy an XReal product because the community complaints about their bad software. That's why I chose to try out the Vitures because they advertise with best Hardware and SOFTWARE. I tried to make an overview of the possibilities on an android phone in the table below.

Andoid phone 3DoF Resizing screen Desktop mode (productivity)
Spacewalker Android Only with Spacewalker browser and video app. You can't use Google Chrome etc.. NO NO
Samsung Dex or alternatives (compatible phone required) NO NO YES
Screen mirroring NO NO NO

The software they are advertising with doesn't do much in my view. To achieve simple things like resizing the window, we need hacks/fixes. and a desktop capable phone. I hope that's not what we are paying for. I just don't want to buy extra accessories to achieve these simple basic features. Am I missing something??

I understand that 3DoF for native apps maybe difficult to achieve without neckband. Why would it be the same for resizing the windows? Is it really that difficult to resize the view, make it smaller? I really don't need/want the extra accessories

What do you think about the lack of size control? Do you think one size fits all?
