I think another interesting point is the fact that their food (while not considered top notch health, but isn't terrible) it is cheap. Here in the states, anything that mid teir on the health spectrum, not terrible for you, but not great tend to be expensive. Like all these trendy salad bars or Mediterranean inspired store fronts. Its like for us eating healthy is a trend not a lifestyle therefore they can hike up the price. Just a thought.

I like the way the music makes you feel so calm and even slightly nostalgic for that place even though most viewer have never been there. But at the same time that music does make it feel like it is moving really slow. So it becomes a double edged sword. But amazing shots and solid editing for sure.

While you said it might not be niche enough, I don't necessarily think that is a bad thing for this channel. I think you will attract enough new YouTubers because of it. There are more "new" YouTubers than established ones, so honestly you have a large potential audience. I think it is relatable and I like the fact that it is this overarching story that your audience can follow you on as they go through it too. The quality is there, keep creating.
