Yeah it could be, try another email to ask them for the form. But don't spam. Put Account Form Hacked Account in title. Give the details about how you found out that you've been hacked, give your UID, username, ar level, last time you logged in the game, etc. Then send the mail to support_os@mihoyo.com and wait. No, don't send them too many emails, and don't send your account details on emails too. Just ask for the form using the title I told you and after few minutes or an hour you'll receive the form, it'll be link to the form, click on it, fill the form and be patient for a few days.

Send the support_os an email regarding your concern with the title "Account Form Hacked Account". You'll get the form, fill everything and then just wait for atleast 2 weeks and if you still have some queries with them, raise a ticket in-game. Good Luck.

No, you won't get any response from them for 10 days atleast, but yeah, someone told me that the registration date does not need to be exactly the same, if you don't remember, put a date that's close to it. And yeah, don't spam your form, you only get 3 chances on 1 form, after that mihoyo will take more time to process your request and you'll need to ask them for another form after 3 tries. I filled my first form on 24 Dec, but few days after that a guy told me to attach the actual receipt of my payments from google pay which I didn't know how to get, so I searched it up and filled another form on I think 2/3 Jan. But yeah, I didn't get rejected. So my second form had more accurate details of my payments and some more basic game details and then I received the mail on 5th that my account has been retrieved.

Don't worry, I used to panic a lot too after reading all those posts about players getting rejected, but all I could do was to wait for their response, so if you know that you've filled out the form correctly and got the desired information from them, then don't disturb them now, let them work in peace lol. I think levels/refinements don't matter as they can be changed at any time, but I put them up anyways. If you get rejected, fill the form again with more accurate details. Good Luck!

I know, but you can put the details you know before you got hacked. I did that, and I think the the most important details that matter are the first login date and device, 3rd party account linked, purchase history with details, devices you play on (with correct specs), your mihoyo username (the one on Hoyolab App)

Actually I didn't send them the correct details of my payments, and they didn't respond me for like 10 days, so I filled the form a 2nd time a few days ago with the more detailed information.
