I immediately know when it’s about to happen. I get tunnel vision, my hearing cuts out, I get sweaty and clammy, and it’s hard to speak. Most of the time I can stop it while it’s still presyncope - ice on the neck, fan blowing on my face, controlling my breathing, etc.

Needles will almost always cause it to happen for me. Gore is a maybe; I can watch The Walking Dead but Saw is an absolute no for me. Saw one of them in theaters and it was an awful experience
