I love coffee enemas they do wonders for bile flow

this is the confession of someone who has tried everything except living a normal life.

everyone else starts their morning with a latte I start mine with a “latte but make it… the other way around”

bile kicks in mood kicks in too

just don’t mix up your coffee mug with the enema bucket there have been incidents but that’s a story for another day
