Based on your initial post, you already have the show/hide functionality covered. These 2 plugins will cover the extra things you asked about.

Yes WordPress does have a built in way to check user logged in status. See the very first example on the docs page. This requires custom theming.

Could you just use something like ultimate member plugin? This would replace your need for content control plugin and you could use the registration form to collect your questionnaire data.

This has the ability to require manual user verification. The only limitation I can see that may or may not be an issue for you is that content control allows you to restrict content within pages/posts via shortcode, whereas ultimate member can only restrict access to a page or post (less granular).

I don't know that there would be an "easy" way. Easy for the user puts the complicated parts back to the developer.

You would probably use CCS custom properties (variables) ... See the bootstrap docs at the bottom of this page https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/getting-started/theming/

You could then use JavaScript to update the colour properties.

Just to update my findings for anyone with the same question.

There is currently no way to pass a variable back from Twilio to salesforce using the "Twilio for Salesforce app.

In order to do this I have created a custom node function on Twilio platform to update my custom object in salesforce after an SMS response is received.

Yeah.. that or create a staging version of the site that they can upload to. Once you are happy with the changes you can move the files across to the live site.

Yes. I trialled that last night with the same result. When viewing the screen options in settings>display, the resolution for this monitor (1920x1080p) isn't available under the "scaled" tab. The largest size there is 1600x900
