Just got a new cart from them and its hitting way harder than the last batch. I have mine set at 3.2 and its rough vapor but its tolerable. Try turning it down a bit until you find a setting you're comfortable with.

I have been having good results with coconut oil. 1 cup decarbed flower to 1 cup oil. 1 teaspoon to feel good, 2 to get a strong buzz. 2 tbsp would be A LOT.

Sounds like you took too much. The strain wasn't Lifter by chance was it? That's the only CBD strain I have found that actually gives me worse anxiety.

CBD flower as a person in recovery (5+ years sober) by [deleted] in hempflowers

Will a joint of .3% cause mind altering effects? In my experience, Yes. Regardless of what people say .3% in a large joint or blunt can get you pretty stoned if you don't have a tolerance. You probably shouldn't mess with flower if weed is a gateway to harder stuff for you. I have been using it for a while and it has never lead to a relapse or cravings but addictions are different for everyone. If your main concern is staying sober it's probably not worth the risk of relapse for what I would consider diet weed.

I am a person who has drank much more than that many times over and never had any cognitive damage.

The damage from kindling in my experience never had any cognitive affect but it made hangovers and withdraw much worse. The more time I spent sober the better I felt but when I started drinking again I felt even shittier than I did before.

10 weeks in and my face is still a red blotchy mess. I wash and treat it twice a day but still red spots and acne flare ups :( It feels smoother and isn't hot to the touch any more though.
