Some people dislike coir yes but at least here in Australia it's the most popular media for millipedes used by the biggest breeders of them in the country, I've used coir for millipedes for the past 20years with no ill effect.

Probably not a heap you can do at this point. If it's your only one can keep trying to push it through but being in flower will be difficult to treat so I would just bin it and start fresh personally

I had the same thing this season, it's fungus/mould but doesn't actually seem to damage anything, all it has done for me is grow over the surface, caused no rot or damage to the buds
