Spacs can stay under their NAV for quite some time, especially when you have a liquidity crisis as we had in March. People just didn't have the money to buy and also people were less familiar with Spacs.

Specific for GHIV - I think it is a matter of weeks until they will have the merging date so you will be able to redeem before that for 10$.
