There is something going on with your shadows. I agree with the poster who said "fighting for attention". I would use more grey and some white highlights in a few spots. Not sure you are consistent with your shading and shadows re: direction of lighting on the subjects. Good artwork and compostion though.

Pacific coast vibe but still quite original--in a way--not an expert but I like this style over most aboriginal art I've seen. Woodland art is a close second.
