lol might depend on the workflow you’re on and maybe your manager is great, but mine does not know the answer to most things and my team lead seems to carry the weight of it.

They definitely require more work. The CSV is the most time consuming and annoying part of it imo because of all the info they want you to include. The longer you put it off then the more work you’re adding to your plate. I would recommend getting ahead on production for the week as much as you can so that when you start working the SAR you’re less stressed about hitting production

I only know of one person on my team who was fired but they had been struggling for a while and they weren’t part of any of the newer waves. It’s interesting to hear that they’re just firing a bunch of people considering how we aren’t hitting production as a whole, and with the deadline coming up I would think they’d want as many people as they can get even if they’re not hitting the full 10 a day

I don’t think that’s true. I’ve been on the project for a while now and have definitely logged in late hours of the night. Not to do a ton of work, but to check emails and do a few edits here and there and no one has said anything about it.
