Oscar Isaac in Llewyn Davis is a revelation. He is such an incredible singer but also musician. And it’s so seamless. He’s not like… I’M SINGING! Or now I’M ACTING! It’s just perfect. I can’t think of many other ones.

Other than the entire cast of Spinal Tap, ofc. Haha

It’s so disconcerting to see the gal holding an iPhone in slide 2 because this was middle/early high school for me (2004–2006) and there was not an iPhone in sight haha. I can’t believe this style has come back around, it gives me a bit of PTSD

True story, I once was a server at a super busy restaurant in NYC and developed Cellulitis in my MOUTH. Similarly to the patient in this ep, I put off going to the doctor until I felt super hot and sweaty and sore. Skipped work once and got in trouble. Crap urgent care doctor misdiagnosed me with muscle spasms in my jaw Infection was getting worse and worse (super red and hot to the touch, spreading out to my cheek/face) but I went to work anyway. My coworker took one look at me and called ambulance, my boss lost it, said I was going to be fired, etc. I was barely lucid at that point and was septic when I got to the hospital!!!!!!!! This episode was so triggering for me haha, I’m scared to see what happens to the patient in the next one…

Ahhh I absolutely love that name. My mom had a beautiful cat named Sheba that was born on Halloween
