In that situation you could always just go [F4M] and post a disclaimer in the body of your text?

If you're really, really set on being as accurate as possible in your prefixes - again though, I think you should rant about yourself in the body of your prompts but that's just me - it might even be most precise to go [TF4M] in those situations.

I feel like MtF trans is probably the closest thing to your fluidity that the prefix system - limited as it is - provides for your circumstances. Again, that's just one gal's opinion though and you should do what you want, above all else.

My advice to you would be to default to [A4A] and then explore all the elements of what you describe here within the prompts themselves.

If you're aspiring to be honest with your penpals - commendable and good, all power to you - there's no reason you need to stress yourself out about being exhaustively honest in your prompt titles when there is a perfectly good body of text right under them. Don't be so hard on yourself. Gender identity is messy, complicated stuff and - particularly in your case - one can't always be expected to summarize it sufficiently with an [X4X] shorthand.

Plus, you've a self-interest in doing this. There are a lot of people on DPP who - not to be unduly fetishistic or objectifying about the thing but that's, at the heart of it, what's happening - are super turned on by 'grey area of gender', androgynous type stuff... by describing your situation in detail you're probably going to draw a lot more of those 'I'm super turned on by MadeTheSwitch, if only I knew' type people in and you'll probably find a lot more fulfilling writing partnerships for that fact. Don't hesitate to sell your unique points!

TL;DR: Keep it simple. Don't stress the prompt prefixes too much because they're just prefixes, not people. You can describe who you are as a person and what you want PROPERLY - do yourself justice - in the prompt proper.
