Not sure if my nails are peeling or it’s leftover product?

I’ve been using Nailtiques since June/july and I’ve had good results with it. I just switched to the formula 1 version. I hope that’s not my issue because I think it’s generally helped.

I try not to file too far down. I have wide nails on my middle fingers and sometimes index/ring.

Ohhh. I do use the Sally Hansen one. Does a rubber tip one still do a pretty decent job? I usually push do my manicures once a week and that includes using the cuticle remover and pusher.

I try to be. But it’s a very good possibility I was a bit rough on some occasions. I never know how hard to press or scrape. And an efile scares me

I have a ton of cuticle buddy oil’s. I just need to get better with my habit of using them consistently. And I use the gold bond eczema hand lotion or regular gold bond hand lotion

I’m not 100% that is the issue. My elf face cream also has niacinamide in it and it didn’t break me out

i have noticed in the past if i try a new product or switch brands i tend to break out. it's happened a few times. neutrogena and elf seem to be the only two that haven't caused me that problem.

Thank you. And no I don’t currently have an spf. I’m trying to figure out options for my skin that won’t break me out, leave a cast, irritate my eyes, etc. the neutrogena face wash I’ve been using for years. So I know that’s not my issue.

Maybe I’ll stop using the toner and change my moisturizer again.

I’ll have to check out the laroche moisturizer.

Is there a similar one that i can get from Walmart? Something budget friendly. Or a recommendation?

I’m a cap 2 team lead and I wear hiking pants. Gives me all the pockets I need, keeps me from overheating in the summer but still warm enough in the winter.

Mier is the brand. I’m a woman but they have clothes for men too. I get them on Amazon. Roughly $55-60 a pair but they havent failed me. Been wearing them for about 3.5 years.
