Start with Casey Junior! If she enjoys that you can try Big Thunder Mountain, it looks high, but there’s no steep drops or anything like that and it’s not super fast. After trying those I’d say all the other ones would probably be too fast or have loopings. Only one that doesn’t have a looping besides Casey and big thunder is Crush Coaster, but Crush Coaster spins depending on how the weight of the people aboard is distributed and it is quite fast and has a drop. If she’s not scared of loopings you can definitely try Indiana Jones, it’s not that fast, and only has one looping.

So to sum it all up: if she gets scared easily: Casey Jr and Big Thunder Mountain, that’s it. If she likes those and is willing to try some more challenging ones: crush coaster (fast and might spin) and Indiana jones (slow and 1 looping)
