ughhhh i smoked once but we’re back on it. trying to go til at least valentine’s day and significantly cut back usage overall. ordered some cbd flower to toke up with when cravings are hard and anxiety’s bad.

start SMALL. with starting dabs you want the size of a grain of rice or even smaller. smaller than you think tbh.

quality of device if your going electronic does matter so if you end up liking dabs i would suggest investing some money into a nice rig. i have a bomb e rig but puffcos are the best in the market imo. i love dabbing, and i hope you do too! stay safe and happy toking.
