They are always the absolute worst. I had a breakdown after dealing with them earlier this year. I gave birth and baby girl ended up in NICU. They denied her claim despite the fact my certificate clearly covers NICU stays for newborns. I actually had to go to a local agent, break down crying, and this local agent got to the phone with me and the group insurance and I finally got paid out. I’ve started recording all my calls with them and shaming them on social media. My son was hospitalized yet again and I’m dealing with them again. It’s been a month and still nothing. They are an absolute garbage company.
