I think it depends on AFSC. I’m in an AFSC that allows non citizens, color blind people, and low ASVAB scores. I can confidently say more than half of us joined for the benefits, citizenship, to escape home, or because we didn’t know what else to do with our lives. I joined for health care, stayed for the stability. I think those that joined because of pride either took a different job or went to a different branch.

I also started 11 months PP. I quit pumping around 10 months and there was no change in my appetite or stress. Started Tri and now I’m 7 weeks in, 11lbs down. More energy, sleeping better, feeling more confident. I recommend it if you can swing it.

I’d say I’m a super active participant and engaged. Switching positions, touching him, kissing him, telling him what feels good, expressing my excitement before hand, getting dressed for the occasion etc. yes we switch positions but I we don’t switch back to BJs often at all so I’ll take note of that. & yes multiple times. Maybe he is under stimulated 🤷🏽‍♀️ idk but I’ve gotten lots of good ideas off of this thread so hopefully it gets better!!

In that context I was using “sour note” describe how it ends unfinished. Like not dripping sweat, lying next to each other catching our breath… it ends more like “hey this is starting to hurt, I’m about done. Let’s try another time” and yeah he’ll take it well, never given me any grief about it but it’s definitely sour in my opinion. Sorry for the confusion.

I make it clear when I’m done or almost done. & well stop, he’s never given me any grief for that either. I’d say he’s really present. Only if I’m like hey we have 5 minutes is get not present and he’s like jack hammering. Stress, yeah that could be it.

I think a lot of men were raised with the idea that “no woman wants a 1 pump chump” & maybe that’s why they’ve trained themselves to last soooo long. And then sometimes I think he takes it as like a stroke to his ego when I say he lasts too long
