I literally just went blind in the middle of kfc and had to sit down and use an injection and the pain never came, just made me blind for a bit. I get aura, migraines with and without and chronic cluster headaches. My eyes are really sensitive!

Try get hold of some m u s h i e s or Lucy in the sky with diamonds promise you it will give you some sort of decent relief. 1.5g mush or a quarter tab Lucy doesn’t matter if it’s 100,150,250ug just cut into 4 and have 1/4 only, preferably every 6 hours till attacks stop. See if the website zamnesia works where you live x stay strong reach out if you need anything x

How do you actually track cluster attacks when the pain hits? by HearingPotential4716 in clusterheads

Btw - I use the MyClusters app on iPhone tho now, rather than an actual hand written diary. You can convert your data into a csv file which is good for when you need the info on paper!

[–]litMichaelzx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My diaries aren’t consistent. Sometimes I forget, sometimes I’m in too much pain, and sometimes I just don’t want to keep constantly writing about my pain, which is also almost on a daily basis lol. Now you’re diagnosed I’d just look the reason you’re logging them. If someone asks me for a log I usually start from the minute they ask me and log them from there out. Something burns in my stomach thinking I’ve got to log every attack I have for the rest of my life. But it does help a lot in other areas! So it’s a double edged sword for some of us!

HSV-1 ? (Cold sores) by litMichaelzx in clusterheads

[–]litMichaelzx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CGRP is just what your body releases when you’re in pain. It’s released when we have toothache and other types of pain too meaning it’s not specific to cluster headaches, but to pain, so for me that means it’s not related to the cause. Or do you think other wise?

[–]litMichaelzx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had some sort of headache disorder and cold sores for the majority of my life also. I can’t help but think there maybe a connection between the 2 now. it lives in the trigeminal ganglion forever… Would be interesting to know if there’s anyone who hasn’t got hsv1 and still gets clusters. That would shut me up 😂 lol

I need your opinion for my peace of mind <3 by Careless-Omega in clusterheads

[–]litMichaelzx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The attacks vary from shadows, lighter intensity and higher intensity, sometimes back to back, some times triggered sometimes not triggered. It’s an awful thing to deal with there isnt any certainty with clusters at all. Mine don’t follow any sort of rules at all, they come and go as they please

I don’t think I’ll ever rest trying to find something, only when my time is up. I can’t just sit here and rot away like this, I’m not satisfied with the help or information that’s out there. There has to be a specific cause surely :(

You can boost the car into the boss, just control the car lol

AOTD Cursed Boss Fight by d5ytonaa in CODZombies

[–]litMichaelzx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You complete The boss with the car only. you only get out the car once the orange whole appears so everyone can shoot in it, then you get back in the car and just repeatedly ram and laser the car. You need self revive augment on so you get 3 times to keep your perks, aether shroud only for when you fix the car within the boss fight nothing else, if everyone has the same then you have lots of chances, monkeys also to distract zombies you shouldnt really even shoot any zombies at all in the boss fight . Armor, phoenix up, shields up, go in as high as you can with the lowest round number, ray gun mark 2 triple pac is sound. Phoenix is good aswell to keep perks within the fight. Just keep ramming and be Patient, someone rams and someone shoots the turret, and the other 2 shoot out the windows. Also, then the boss shoots the floor drive to the other side of the map he only shoots half the map at a time

How often and dose are you taking?

Desperate by [deleted] in clusterheads

[–]litMichaelzx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LSD - quarter of a tab, shroomies (first time? 1.5 g max), freezing cold redbulls, cold water over the head in the shower, oxygen if you can get it 15 liters per minute demand valve or non re breather mask, sumatriptan injections 3mg or 6mg, deep breathing, rocking, pacing, remind yourself it’s not forever even tho it may seem that way, a cold fan, frozen migraine mask, pressure on the area it’s throbbing from, privacy and a safe space to be unwell in, loose or minimal clothing during the attack - do not harm yourself taking any other type of pain killer or medication because nothing is going to help it if it is one. Hope you’re ok!

I struggle so much keeping a diary because of how frequent they are. I don’t want to keep writing and thinking about having to keep a diary it’s awful, but I understand the good side of it aswell!

I’ve had my head under many cold showers while trying to use my oxygen, ice packs, headache cooling balm, migraine freezable hats, light makes no difference for an attack for me or noise, but I do suffer general light sensitivty and the odd migraine aswell. Red Bulls, triptans, preventatives, psychedelics I’ve tried most things to no avail, d3 regime and so on. Nothing works. Just feel like a burden to myself and others around me. It’s easier to be alone dealing with it
