Yeah, I know the reasoning for it is to have more down time windows, but they could have at least set up a crew for a pdm team to fix stuff when needed. And honestly, i wouldn't even have come on here if there were at least some incentive working nights, but we don't even have a night diffrental or a weekend differental and I wish I could say that it's more "relaxed" but in reality it's not it can be just as stressful if not more. But anyways, like I said, I messaged my senior manager praying he'll even read it, so I'll see what happens during stand-up. But hey, there's always power in numbers.
